Fineract PMC Reports to Apache Software Foundation (ASF) Board

The Fineract Project Management Committee (PMC) publishes its quarterly report to the ASF Board. The Fineract project is on the January, April, July, October reporting schedule: Meetings of the Board are the second Wednesday of the month and the report is therefore due prior to the 10th of each month.  Jan 10th, April 10th, July 10th, Oct 10th.

Tools that can help the report writer: 

Our process is that we write drafts and publish here for transparency - the Chair typically posts a request for input at least three days prior to the deadline.  We use a naming convention to keep the reports in chronological order. 

Step 1:  Write the draft report - https://reporter.apache.org/

Step 2: Publish the draft to wiki and send email to Dev list for input 

Step 3: Publish from the Reporter tool to Whimsy (push publish in the Reporter Tool) 

Step 4: Response to queries from the ASF Board "Shepherd" (guide assigned that quarter)

Step 5: Attend the Board meeting (optional)
