The 4.0 and the final version We will take application eventual load balance into consideration. Specifically for each instanceIf we define a balancing factor x, the total number of tasks it each instance owns should be within the range of 0.5 ~ 2 times +-x% of the expected number of tasks, which buffers some capacity in order to avoid imbalance.
