Group the audience in to groups of 3 or 4.
Present them with the questions.
Give them X amount of time to answer.
Collect the answers/ask them to write them down.
Group the answers and select 3 to answer (as timer permits)

Make the gateway request
Create gateway tenant
Submit to CILogon automatically
Deploy the gateway
Open the gateway and register the resources
While the above take place the audience needs to be engaged in conversation, what we are demonstrating and also how all that makes their life easy (could be part of the Django presentation)

Add new application with customized interface and application inputs
Add a new application needing a customized interface at the tutorial.
The application should also need advance input configuration with JSON.

Get the audience to create user accounts in the new gateway just created.
