Introduction

The date dimension  is intended for those fact tables and star schemas that need to capture performance measurements related to periods.

Description

The date dimension is not derived from any OFBiz entity as it is a generic dimension, and as such contains all dates starting from a given moment (date) in the past. The data set is updated on a scheduled bases and includes a certain number of future dates.
