The Apache Flink community is very happy to announce the release of Apache Flink ML 1.2.3.

Apache Flink ML provides API and libraryinfrastructure that simplifies implementing distributed ML algorithms., 
Andand it also provides a library of off-the-shelf ML algorithms.
