1. Some contributors did not use Github bound mailboxes on their committs, and contributions were not counted. What are the remedies?

2. The community initiated a volunteer solicitation together to recruit some volunteers to help organize some activities.
   - In the name of ALC Shenzhen, we need to develop volunteers to take charge of documents, meeting organization, publicity, etc. The volunteers need to have some titles (committers and organizers). The relevant projects can be jointly organized into meetup. We can cooperate with universities to accumulate volunteers and issue certificates to encourage them. The project community will consider providing certain promotion channels for non-technical personnel.
   

3. There is a Committer login failure when configuring the write permission for the repository. The following information is displayed：

   An error occurred in handling this OAuth request: 2FA is already enabled for this account. Please contact users@infra.apache.org to address this.

   Email reply asked to associate with GitHub account, but login gitbox.apache.org/setup still prompts authentication failure.
   - Send an email to JIRA using the corresponding template to apply for account reset
