Stable build of what could be described as a "Java EE 5 Web Profile" are available on the download page. The Java EE 6 Web Profile development, including CDI, JPA 2, and other goodness can be found in the unstable stream builds page. These are up-to-date snapshots streamed from our continuous integration system after successful build/test.
