Anyone can contribute to Apache Flex: Translation, Design, Documentation, Concepts, code Code - whatever you think matters. Even writing to the mailing-list is considered contributing. Persons Contributors that can are entrusted to change and decide things on the project are called commiter.

You have just to take two - small - hurdles to become a commiter:
