Installing GeoRSS ResponseWriter to Solr

Install the patch of GeoRSS ResponseWriter from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-2074Image Added. Please make sure you install the latest version.

Add the following configuration to solrconfig.xml (you may add this manually or use the earliest version of the GeoRSS ResponseWriter patch to do this)
