Description:
The tool is needed for bandwidth/network testing. It should be is developed as a servlet and could work outside of OpenMeetings. The client side of the tool will be used by the OpenMeetings flash part and reproduced by special indicators set. These indicators will show the connection state info:A user can use the tool for executing network tests. There are five tests available for a user:

1) ping;
21) availability of a required RTMP port;
3) jitter size;
2 4) download /upload speed;
3) ping time;
4) connection availability (the result of the check if it is possible to connect to rtmp, rtmpt and rtmps).

There are 4 types of indicators: green, red, orange and gray.
1) green: the tested parameter is ok (e.g port is connectible).
2) red: something is bad (e.g. downloading is broken).
3) orange: the test is running now.
4) gray: the test has not been executed yet.
