Below are the list of events we would like to undertake to promote the CloudStack project as it is incubating under the Apache Foundation. We are not seeking any financial assistance for these events. 

• Texas LinuxFest - August 3-4
  • Exhibit at Texas Linuxfest in a 10x10 booth
  • Give away Apache CloudStack T-shirts

• Developer's Onramp - Philadelphia, PA - TBD
  • Hosted by Chip Childers at Sunguard
  • Two day developer talks about architecture and tutorial on how to participate in the CloudStack project staffed by PMC members and committers similar to what what was held in Santa Clara in May
• LinuxCon North America and CloudOpen - August 29-31, 2012
  • One Day Developer OnRamp - similar to what what was held in Santa Clara in May
  • User tutorial on CloudStack delivered by David Nalley
  • Expo with 10 x 10 booth at LinuxCon NA
  • Staffed by Mark Hinkle & David Nalley
