As of today, Apache CloudStack is a project undergoing incubation within the Apache Incubator TLP. The bylaws below were written from the perspective that CloudStack has graduated from the incubator, and is a TLP within the foundation.

While we remain in incubation, the following qualifications apply:

  • All references to the PMC should be considered to be references to the PPMC
  • All references to the project's PMC reporting to the Apache Board should be read as the project reporting to the Incubator PMC (IPMC)
  • The position of VP Apache CloudStack / CloudStack PMC chair does not exist
  • The project's mailing list remains cloudstack-dev@incubator.apache.org
