Development/testing setup

Assuming you are familiar with setting up a development environment, here are additional things to note:

• Download code from Github: https://github.com/gilt/incubator-cloudstack^{Image Added} (lxc branch)
• Load datamodel in cloudstack/setup/db/lxc.sql
• There are no LXC SystemVMs right now (and not sure if we want to support them). Make sure you have a KVM/Xen cluster host to run the System VMs
• Datamodel includes a sample LXC image that will be downloaded by the SecondaryStorage VM
• On the LXC host, modify /etc/cloud/agent/agent.properties and add: hypervisor.type=lxc
