AccProbe does not set SPI_SETSCREENREADER flag when running. To enable the ACC support in this case, check the check box With the text "Support assistive technology tools" at Tools -> Options -> Apache OpenOffice -> Accessibility -> Miscellaneous options. If it was already checked, uncheck it and check again.
