If a new DTD was defined, copy add it to https:/www/strutssvn.apache.org/dtds/ and change permission to struts group (chown :struts *.dtd) and write rights (chmod g+w *.dtd)repos/asf/struts/site/trunk/pom.xml, in get-dtds execution section.
