1. Click Click New Reservation from the left navigation menu:
2. Select the environment you would like to use from the drop-down box:
3. Choose when you would like to use the environment
   1. If you would like to use the environment immediately, select Now

   2. Otherwise, select Later and select a time in the future to schedule use of the environment

4. Select the duration you would like to use the environment :
   1. 1. If you have access to and need the reservation for a really long time, enter an end date/time in the Until box.
   2. The maximum amount of time you can select for the duration varies by the access level of your account.
   3. If access has been granted to your account, you will see an Until option. This may be used to create long duration reservations.
5. If the environment you selected is available during the time slot you chose, click Create Reservation
   1. If the environment is not available, you may view a time table of
   the combination you have selected in the above elements is currently available, the button will display Create Reservation. Click it to create your reservation. If it is not currently available, the button will display View Time Table which will present you with a table of reserved and
   1. available time slots. Click one of the green areas to select a different time to use the environment
