Advance Zone with  Virtual Router created from user defined network offering having following Services enabled :
SecurityGroup
    UserData
    DHCP
    DNS
    LB
    PortForwarding
    VPN

    Firewall
    Gateway
    NetworkACL

1. Verify those routers that are not upgraded continue to provide following Services :
SecurityGroup ,    UserData,     DHCP,     DNS,     LB,     PortForwarding,     VPN,     StaticNat,     SourceNat,     Firewall,     Gateway,     NetworkACL
2. Verify those routers that are not upgraded will error on giving follwoing commands :
   SetSourceNatCommand,     SetFirewallRulesCommand,     IpAssocCommand,     , SetStaticNatRulesCommand,     Site2SiteVpnCfgCommand,     RemoteAccessVpnCfgCommand,     , SavePasswordCommand,     DeleteIpAliasCommand,     VmDataCommand,     CheckRouterCommand,     VpnUsersCfgCommand,     DhcpEntryCommand,     BumpUpPriorityCommand,     SetNetworkACLCommand,     DnsMasqConfigCommand,     GetDomRVersionCmd,     SetupGuestNetworkCommand,     CreateIpAliasCommand,     SetStaticRouteCommand,     CheckS2SVpnConnectionsCommand,     SetPortForwardingRulesCommand,     UserDataCommand,     HealthCheckLBConfigCommand,     LoadBalancerConfigCommand,     IpAssocVpcCommand,     NetworkUsageCommand
3.Verify Network Usage command continue to work on old routers as well as the new  and upgraded routers
