The following structure has been used at the installation path on fresh installation.
The below structure will be created at "<Installation Path>/cloudstack-management"
- A "conf" directory will be created and contains the following files
- catalina.policy
- catalina.properties
- environment.properties
- log4j-cloud.xml
- server.xml
- tomcat6.conf
- tomcat-users.xml
- web.xml
- A "lib" directory will be created and contains the following files
- db.properties
- cloud.keystore
- key (For db encryption key password)
- Assumes that tomcat6/lib contains mysql-connector-5.1.21.jar
- A "webapps" directory will be created and "client" app will be placed inside it. (All Jars will present at "<Installation Path>/cloudstack-management/webapps/client/WEB-INF/lib")
- "logs" will be created at this location and it contains
- access_log.<yyyy-MM-dd>
- catalina.<yyyy-MM-dd>
- localhost.<yyyy-MM-dd>
- "vmops.log" and "api.log" will be created at <Tomcat Installation Path>
- To change the log file location of these files please edit the following file
<ACS Installation Path>/cloudstack-management/conf/log4j-cloud.xml
Change the FileNamePattern param of "FILE" appender
Change the FileNamePattern param of "APISERVER" appender
Change the FileNamePattern param of "AWSAPI" appender
The following changes will be done to tomcat6w.exe file during installation
