Download Site: choose one (.edu FTP sites seem the fastest)
Select Package: Net: openssh (required) Editors : vim (optional)
Create icon on Desktop: No
Add icon to Start Menu: No
After Cygin setup is complete, delete the installation files from the desktop:
Installer: setup.exe
Local package directory: C:\ftp%...cygwin...
Configure Cygwin SSHD
Launch the Cygwin shell: C:\Cygwin\Cygwin.bat
Download cygwin-sshd-config.sh to the following location on the Windows computer: C:\Cygwin\home\root\cygwin-sshd-config.sh
Windows may have saved the file with a .txt extension. Check the file name from the Cygwin shell: ls ~

cygwin-sshd-config.sh.txt
Rename the file if it has a .txt extension: mv cygwin-sshd-config.sh.txt cygwin-sshd-config.sh
Make sure the script is executable: chmod +x cygwin-sshd-config.sh
Run the script and specify the root account password as an argument, enclose the password in single quotes in case special characters are used in the password: */home/root/cygwin-sshd-config.sh '<PASSWORD>'*You should see something similar to the following towards then end of the script output:

Configure SSH Identity Key Access
Download the gen-node-key.sh to the following location on the management node: /root/gen-node-key.sh
Set the script to executable: chmod +x gen-node-key.sh
Determine the IP address of the Windows computer by running ipconfig
Run the script on the managment node and specify the Windows computer's IP address or DNS hostname as an argument: ./gen-node-key.sh 15210.4610.18.179
Enter the Windows root account password during script execution when asked
Attempt to connect from the management node to the Windows VM via SSH using the key: ssh 15210.4610.18.179
