Abstract
This is a proposal to support E-mail Account Activation in Roller. If activation is enabled, then user accounts must be activated via e-mail before they can be used.
Requirements
- Support e-mail activation of new user accounts
- E-mail message must be I18N/localizable
- E-mail activation must be optional
