Download the latest version of Apache ServiceMix and extract the zip file or tarball somewhere on your local hard drive. For the remainder of this tutorial, we will refer to this directory as <servicemix_home>. The name of some artifacts as well as the console logging are dependent on the version of ServiceMix you are using. We refer to this version (e.g. 3.1.1-INCUBATING) as <version>.
