The Myriad Node Manager profile is an abstraction for the amount of resources a Node Manager profiles allow you to manually scale your cluster as needed. These advertises to the Resource Manager. These profiles are set in the Myriad configuration file, myriad-config-default.yml. Each profile is identified by zero, small, medium, and large with default CPU and memory parameters. During initial startup, the default profile is zero, that is, the cluster is launched with zero (0) CPU and zero (0) memory.
