5. Invite the person to be a committer and get them to file an ICLA. CC the private@geode.apache.org with the invitation.  Example.

56. Once the ICLA is filed, the PMC Chair will follow through with creating the account.

6. Send an invitation to the PMC.  CC the private@geode.apache.org with the invitation. Ask them to subscribe using their *apache* email address. Example.

 7. After 72 hours, ask the PMC chair to invite the new member to join the PMC.
