  4. Merge your Apache and GitHub accounts using GitBox GitBox (Apache Account Linking utility): https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/
  5. You should get invited to Github team "openwhisk committers" after getting 3 green checks in gitbox GitBox (wait at least 3 hours hours): https://github.com/orgs/apache/teams/openwhisk-committers
