Receive Return

Note Areturns : A return must be ' created ' and authorized before it can be received. (See Create and Authorize ReturnsReturn)

From Return Details

When the Return is createdviewing a return that has been created and authorized (accepted), there is a link on the Returns page labeled Receive Return which takes you to the Facility Manager for processing the return.

From Facility Manager

• Go to Facility Manager - Facilities List
• Select Facility
  Click on the ID for the facility which will receive the return.
• Click on Receive Return
• Enter Return ID number Click on and click Receive Product(s)
