From Return Details

When the Return is created, there is a link on the Returns page labeled Receive Return which takes you to the Facility Manager for processing the return.

From Facility Manager

• Go to Facility Manager - Facilities List
• Select Facility
  Click on the ID for the facility which will receive the return.
• Click on Receive Return
• Enter Return ID number
