Project manager application Role.

The project manager application was originally created by David Jones and Anil Patel and later further implemented and completed by Hans Bakker.

The target users of the application are the service oriented software companies who want to properly administer the client projects and wants the employees to register their time against the planned tasks in the projects in order to generate invoices to the clients automatically.

This document describes the use of the Projectmanager application from the projectmanager point of view to setup the project and being able to instruct the projectmembers and the relation to order/request manager and accounting.
 
When an order or request is received a project will be created with the proper participants:
Administrator: has full access over all projects
Client Manager, Client Analyst: has full read access over the project. and can report time.
Client Billing: who will receive the invoices.
Provider Manager: has full access to the project he is member of.
Provider Accounting: who can create invoices and sen these to the Client Billing,or if not present to the Client manager.
