When viewing a return that has been created and authorized (accepted), there is a the link Receive Return which takes will take you to the Receive Return page in the Facility Manager for processing the return.
From Facility Manager
- Go to Facility Manager - Facilities List
- Select Facility
Click on the ID for the facility which will receive the return. - Click on Receive Return
- Enter Return ID number and click Receive Product(s)
