- Identify the customer
Complete either the UserLogin ID or the Party ID for the customer if not already populated. Enter only one or the other.
If the ID is not known, return to the Party Manager and either find or create an ID for the customer.Info Unless the customer has login privileges, they will probably be identified only by a Party ID
- Continue into the order process
Click on the Continue button; this will bring up the next screen if you have completed the preceding steps
