Apache Tuscany's SDO Java Release 1.1-incubating is the first update afer the 1.0 release where full coverage for SDO 2.1 specification was provided.
This release includes some new features and improvements along with a number of bug fixes (see below for detail).
It is important to note that ,impromvements and many bug fixes.
