What has to be changed?

• Add all build files as separate lines to a new file. Example for 4.1.3 : https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/devtools/aoo-stats/413.lst
• Add all build files a s separate lines to : https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/devtools/aoo-stats/all.lst
• Add the new release version values to : https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/devtools/aoo-stats/detail-by-day.py
  • Example for 4.1.3:

  • columns = [ ... , "count_413" , ... ]

  • patternDict = { ... , "count_413" : "4.1.3" , ... }

...

After the new release is published and announced, the Release Manager should have a look at the project checker to make sure that htere there are no problems:

OpenOffice is using a lot of spache space for each release. To keep it at a minimum it was agreed with the Infrastructure team to delete the previous release when the new one is published and no problems arised did arise in theshort the short time frame.
