Comment: Add start of Rich's idea

...

What if we had ComDev volunteers go out and find these examples, do a short interview wit ha PMC member, and then write a ComDev blog post (or similar) that says "hey, Airflow has this amazing model for running events, here's how they do it".  Separately: how could we more actively take these best practices to other projects that might not know about them (but likely would benefit from that idea)

Idea: Providing Projects Best Practices Examples/Roles

What kinds of non-coding roles do our projects need (or in some cases have)?  How can we make those kinds o roles and skills more visible and obvious, so taht newcomers can see actual examples of tasks/skills that they have which projects want?

Are there short one-pagers ComDev can write that showcase and label some of these roles, with brief descriptions of what they might do around a project?  And perhaps point directly to some person/project who is doing that kind of role in one of our projects, to serve as a focus or exemplar - like Jarek and organizing events around Airflow.

(Rich fill in). Event Organizer, Social Media Coordinator, Doc Editor, etc. etc.
