Step 1: Download and build Ambari 2.4.0 source

Go to http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/ambari/ambari-2.4.0 and find the suggested mirror for download. The process to verify the download is described is at http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi#verify
