Inventory Transfer

• Go to the Facility Manager
• From the main menu, select Facilities
• Choose a facility

Initiating an Inventory Transfer

• Click on (Inventory Transfer)
  Takes you to the Inventory Transfer screen where you are asked to enter the Inventory Item ID. If you do not have the ID number, click on Inventory Items tab where you can identify and select the Item ID then move to the Inventory Transfer screen.
• Enter Inventory Item ID
• Click on (Get Item)
  Takes you to the Inventory Transfer screen. Here you will complete various details to move the inventory, in the desired quantity, to the required location on the appropriate date.
• Click (Transfer) to complete

Reviewing Inventory Transfers

• Enter the product search criteria (e.g. Product ID, Internal Name, Category ID, etc.)
• Click Find
• Within the search result table, click a Product ID to view the product's Inventory Items

• Choose an Inventory Item from the list and click Transfer

Creating an Inventory Transfer

• Select the initial status (e.g. Requested, Scheduled, etc.)
• Set the send date (click Now to set with the current date and time)
• Set the destination (This can be only a facility or container, or a location within the selected facility)
• Confirm the transfer quantity
• Click Transfer

Updating an Inventory Transfer

• To view active inventory transfers, use the Inventory Xfers Facility menu item
• Choose the transfer to update, and click Edit

• Select the new status
• Set the receive date, if applicable
• Click Update

Reviewing Inactive Inventory Transfers

• Return to the active transfer list using the Inventory Xfers Facility menu item
• Click the Active and Inactive sub-menu link

• To hide the inactive transfers, click the Active only sub-menu link
