A few other observations from the data:

• Large majority (1,198 tickets) don't have a reported version.  This points to a problem when reporting issues or improvement - making it harder to trace back to which release had the bug or call for enhancement. 
• Unclear if the reported "issue type" is accurate given that vast majority is "bug".
