The ASF is a United States private, 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization. Funds are needed to help ensure that Apache software projects continue to be freely available to users around the world. ASF Sponsorship For organizations, individuals, foundations, and endowments contributing $5,000 or more.
