Now that you have With your podling now officially graduated from the Apache Incubator, it’s time to wrap up your mentorship role in this project is nearing completion.

First, thank you for your time, effort, and guidance throughout the incubation process. Your support has helped been instrumental in helping the podling grow into a self-governing Apache project.

As part of the offboarding processyou finish up, here are a few suggested, but entirely optional , next steps you might want to consider:.

Reflect on Your Mentorship
   • - Take a moment to reflect on your mentorship journey: What worked well? What challenges did you face?
   • - Revisit the Mentor Onboarding Guide [1] and Best Practices for Mentors [2] with your experience in mind.
   • - Add your story to the incubator case studies [3]
- If you have suggestions ideas for improving these resources, please feel free to share them, as your insights will let us know. Your feedback can help future mentors.

   • - To the Graduating Graduated Podling: If you’d like, send the community Consider sending a brief note of encouragement, highlighting their the community’s strengths and any areas to watch as they continue their journey as a TLP.
   • - To the IPMC: We also welcome optional any feedback on the Incubator process, including what worked, what didn’t, and what where we could be improvedimprove.
