Super admins can register new compute resources at SciGaP portal level. Should be made these available for

  1. All the gateways

  2. Selected gateways
 
R2

Gateway admins should be able to register private resources for their private use. Within the gateway gateway admin should be able to make it available

  1. For all the gateway users

  2. Selected users

  3. Selected groups

  4. These users/user groups are managed by the gateway admin.
 
R3These gateway level resources will be visible at SciGaP portal but not visible for other gateways. In SciGaP it will show which gateway owns/uses the resource if they are private/campus owned or only used by selected gateways.
