Receive Return
Note Areturns : A return must be ' created ' and authorized (accepted) before it can be received. (See Create and Authorize Returns)
From Return Details
When the Return is created, there is a link on the Returns page labeled Receive Return which takes you to the Facility Manager for processing the return.viewing a return that has been created and authorized (accepted), the link Receive Return will take you to the Receive Return page in the Facility Manager.
From Facility Manager
- Go to Facility Manager - Facilities List
- Select the Facilities menu item to view the Facilities list
- Select a Facility
Click on the ID for the facility which will receive the return. - Click on Receive Return
- Enter Return ID numberClick on Receive and click Receive Product(s)
Select each item to be received, and confirm the location, quantity, inventory item type and status, andthe unit cost. When you are finished, click Receive Selected Product(s)
