Patches for the sources are to be found in the download directory of \[http://fuzzyocr.own-hero.net/wiki/Downloads/ FuzzyOcr\]. Not using these can make problems under certain circumstances.

Notes for Fedora Core 5 (or higher) users: The package giflib-utils provides giffix. The package netpbm-progs provides giftopnm, etc.
