Translation process (draft):
1. Online translation
1.1 Only committers can submit in Pootle server for "AOO 3.4 UI" and "AOO 3.4 Help".
1.2 non-committers can suggest ? - jsc are checking
2. Offline translation
2.1 Please use po file to do the offline translation, and submit the translation result in Bugzilla, and set owner to jsc. ( e.g. Finnish - 119066 - by Risto Jaaskelainen .)

3. Translation Verification Testing? TBD...
