Inventory Transfer

  • Go to the Facility Manager
  • From the main menu, select Facilities
  • Choose a facility

Initiating an Inventory Transfer

  • From the Facility menu, select Inventory
  • Enter the product search criteria (e.g. Product ID, Internal Name, Category ID, etc.)
  • Click Find
  • Within the search result table, click a Product ID to view the product's Inventory Items

  • Choose an Inventory Item from the list and click Transfer

Creating an Inventory Transfer

  • Select the initial status (e.g. Requested, Scheduled, etc.)
  • Set the send date (click Now to set with the current date and time)
  • Set the destination (This can be only a facility or container, or a location within the selected facility)
  • Confirm the transfer quantity
  • Click Transfer

Reviewing Inventory Transfers

  • To view active inventory transfers, use the Inventory Xfers Facility menu item
  • Choose the transfer to update, and click Edit

  • Return to the active transfer list using the Inventory Xfers Facility menu item
  • Click the Active and Inactive sub-menu link
