Hi,

Thank you for stepping up to mentor a new Apache Incubator project, Apache Foo.

There’s quite a bit of mentoring documentation, but no one is expected to read it all. If you do just three things to begin, make it these:

• Read the Quick start document.
• Watch the Mentor Onboarding video.
• Familiarize yourself with where other information is located, so you can find it when needed.

That’s enough to get you started with mentoring.

When you have more time, or when specific questions arise, you can explore these additional materialsTo help you get started, here are  some valuable resources that have recently been created:
