Receive Return

Note: A return must be created and authorized (accepted) before it can be received. (See Create and Authorize Returns)

From Return Details

When viewing a return that has been created and authorized (accepted), the link Receive Return will take you to the Receive Return page in the Facility Manager.

From Facility Manager

• Go to Facility Manager
• Select the Facilities menu item to view the Facilities list
• Select a Facility
  Click on the ID for the facility which will receive the return.
• Click on Receive Return
• Enter Return ID and click Receive Product(s)
