  1. Communication regarding upcoming tech talks, status towards next release  (5 minutes)
  2. Project Scrum: Go over  kanban board for the next release (15 minutes)
    1. Status of in-progress tasks and brief discussion of high-level blockers 
    2. Closing resolved tasks
  3. Discuss open PRs and github issues ( 15 minutes)
    1. Go through active github issues and discuss action items 
    2. Go through open PRs and discuss current status - blockers, ETA 
  4. Discussion on new RFC proposal ( 15 minutes)
    1. Discuss new proposals
      1. Note that a  DISCUSS thread needs to be opened prior to discussion in the meeting. 
      2. Any discussion on this subject also needs to be summarized in the corresponding DISCUSS thread so that folks who were not able to join the meeting can be informed
  5. Open up for any questions on Apache Hudi (10 minutes) 
    1. Volunteers are encouraged to claim any tasks - They can discuss these tasks during this time in addition to other usual means - dev@hudi mailing list and slack
