The ComDev PMC has taken over administration of the store and is responsible for adding any new project logos to the site.
Background
After several discussions regarding an official ASF swag store - it was decided in 2019 to use Redbubble. Having and maintaining a central swag store enables projects to make branded merchandise available to their communities. (https://s.apache.org/jlv5z, https://s.apache.org/acjgn).

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Tax implications the ASF does not receive any money from the sale of the items on the Redbubble store.
Process to Request a New Project Logo is Added
Requests come from a project.
- Email the request to add the new project logo to the Redbubble store to dev@community.apache.org
- The logo provided must be the official one and it must exist in https://apache.org/logos/
- The ComDev team will setup the project logo on Redbubble and send a link to the project PMC to review the logo layout on items and approve it
- Once approved the items for the new project logo are available for purchase in the Redbubble store
