Whether to push a limit through left/right outer join or union. If the value is true and the size of the outer input is reduced enough (as specified in hive.optimize.limitjointransposelimittranspose.reductionpercentage and hive.optimize.limitjointransposelimittranspose.reductiontuples), the limit is pushed to the outer input or union; to remain semantically correct, the limit is kept on top of the join or the union too.
