Order Picking (Batched)

For Pick/Primary Locations Only (must do Stock Move before picking inventory in Bulk locations).

• Go to the Facility Manager
• From the main menu, select Facilities
• Choose a facility

• From the Facility menu, select Picking

• If Stock Moves are required, select Stock Moves from the Find Orders to pick sub-menu

• Select any Stock Moves performed
• Enter the actual quantity moved
• Confirm the selected Stock Moves

• Return to Picking Options using the menu item from the Find Orders to pick sub-menu

• Create a Picklist

• Generate a Pick / Packing Report PDF

The Pick Report

The Pick Report has two sections: one for picking, and the other for packing or organizing the items on a cart. (~eckardjf:example)

The picking section is organized by facility locations to facilitate picking of the entire group of orders through one pass of the warehouse. Each location shows the product(s) to be picked from that location, and the order or shipment they will be packed with.

The second section has one page for each order (or shipment group of an order) that lists what is to be included with it. This can be used to organize a picking cart and shows information about what is included in the order or ship group.
