Service 4 2a & 5 3a are just there to make up the numbers and force fully qualified URLs.

1. The top level composite service binding is copied down to component with the uri calculated at the top level
2. S2 C level bindings trave to B but not A
3. S4 D level bindings don't travel to the C or B
