Save to home screen to create better mobile experience

This is also called "PWA" but OpenMeetings is simply using Icon, splash screen and some restrictions on the browser. 

iOS Safari

Start OpenMeetings from Home Screen in iOS

Icon similar to other mobile apps home screen

When starting it will display a splash screen

OpenMeetings will start the browser in a standalone mode:

  • Recommended to rotate landscape (user message in portrait mode TBD)
  • Not show the browser URL and navigation bar

Also in iOS when opening the Safari browser and navigating to the same URL that the Home Screen is
